Mona Warner is a warm and joyful educator practicing both Yoga and Ayurveda. She runs the Janati Yoga School in Kingston, Ontario, where she strives to guide others down the path of health, happiness and well-being every day. She is a Yoga Teacher Trainer (since 2007), a National Ayurvedic Medical Association recognized Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist (AYT), and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP). She is the author of Ayurvedic Yoga, Ayurveda's Three Pillars of Health, and the Grief and Ayurveda Workbook. Mona shares her home with her wonderful husband, enthusiastic dog, and ninja kitten.
Lori Batcheller, CYT, MA, MPT, LMT has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2005 following a year-long Seva experience at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. She taught Guest Yoga and R&R workshops at Kripalu Center from 2005 to 2011 and yoga and employees wellness programs for the City of Boulder from 2009 to 2020.Also a licensed physical and massage therapist and journal writing instructor with a private practice in South Boulder, Lori loves passing on the gift of health and relaxation to her clients and students.

"For almost 20 years, Monique Schubert, has taught yoga and mindfulness in New York City and surrounding boroughs. Monique weaves her background in visual arts into her yoga and mindfulness teaching and has brought yoga into diverse cultural spaces including Socrates Sculpture Park, the Studio Museum in Harlem, Museum of Contemporary African Diasporic Art, Rush Arts Philanthropic, and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
