Jillian Carnrick

Jillian is an herbalist, nutritionist, personal trainer and exercise is medicine professional. She received a Master's of Science Degree in Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2012. That same year she became a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine as well.

Since then, Jillian has been working towards bringing herbs and movement into the lives of those around her. She focuses on incorporating wellness practices into other's lives through her book: A Beginner's Guide to Wellness and personalized consultations....

Jillian has been a practicing herbalist since 2012 focusing on supporting individuals in finding their ideal wellness path. Her business continues to grow in manufacturing of topical herbal products focusing on joint and muscle pains and skin health.
