About

I am a graduate of Temple University where I earned a Bachelor of Science specializing in Exercise Science, Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy where I received a massage certification, and the Spirit of Yoga where I completed their 200-hour teacher training program. I earned E-RYT status and am currently a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). I became a Certified PureSculpt Specialist in 2017 and a PureSculpt Training Instructor in 2020.

I continue to further my studies in massage, yoga, nutrition, meditation, cupping, and other modalities of health and wellness from a holistic perspective.

Start: Jul 15, 2020 at 10:00 am EDT
A gentle class. Bring a strap and a block if you have them. A strap can even be a bathrobe belt, etc. I will lead gentle stretches with the purpose of increasing flexibility and mindfulness, and decreases tension and stress. Modifications will be offered for those with injuries and for those wanted a slightly deeper version of each stretch. Come as you are - camera on or off - your choice!
