Fasting is about learning to control your mind and body in order to achieve holistic health. I have done the work, so you don't have to: researched books, talked to doctors and several different individuals who have welcomed intermittent fasting into their lives (including myself) and it all leads to the conclusion that fasting is actually good for your physical, mental and spiritual health. In this class, I will be teaching you what fasting is all about (and what isn't), various easy techniques to implement fasting, types of fasting, who can and can't fast, what to do if you need to take medicine while fasting, what to do when you attend social events or travel, what you can do to help yourself succeed in fasting, and what to expect during the different phases of fasting. I will guide you to the entire process, so that you walk out of this class ready to fast. This class will include live Q&A. Fasting is not a fad, it's been around since ancient times and with the right knowledge and support system, it is an extremely effective, rewarding, healing and life-changing experience. Every Friday in August! Each class will each cover the three zones of the face for full face sequence. We begin with a warm up, cool down, breath work, face yoga, and short meditation. This is open to anyone. No experience needed. Benefits of face yoga include: stress reduction increased mind-body awareness less headaches reduction of dark circles and puffiness around eyes more symmetrical face higher, sculpted cheeks less droopy eyelids and much more!

This is a beginning Pilates Mat class. If you are new to Pilates, this is a great introduction. Even if you haven't moved your body in a while, this will be a great way to start your Pilates journey.

Marketing is a wonderful thing. It helps you spread the word about your products, programs and services. It helps brand you and your business, which builds name recognition and a high trust factor both essential to sales and recurring income. Marketing helps you acquire clients and make sales. But marketing is just one component of creating and running a business. Does learning tarot seem overwhelming with all the suits and different elements? It doesn't have to be. I'll walk you through a way in which it'll make the cards much easier to understand. It's a great way to build a deeper relationship with your cards, too. We'll break down the basic elements of tarot: minor acana, major acana, suits, numbers, etc. I'll be using the Rider-Waite deck for instruction but you can use any tarot (not oracle) deck you'd like. (Picture above is from the Light Seer's deck.) Whether you're using tarot for yourself or others, come join us for insight and understanding to make your readings more fulfilling.

This is a study session for those that are working with The Code Journey by either book, through my social media posts, and through the Personal Year In Codes report. It is an opportunity to ask questions and to learn more about how to work with the current codes in order to create a stronger awareness in the human consciousness of how to work in alignment with the soul self.
