Yoga!  We're Back!
Breathe, Move & Heal! 8 Classes are included in this series -- $5 Per Class! All classes will be recorded - watch, learn and practice anytime, anywhere! Come join us and learn the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong & Tai Chi! This is a hybrid class that includes learning both Qigong and Tai Chi. Each class includes fundamental Tai Chi & Qigong movements, breath techniques and mild stretches. This class is excellent for anyone looking to obtain optimal health and expanding lung capacity, as well as those recovering from illness, injury or surgery. What is Qigong & Tai Chi? These are ancient Chinese practices that are easy to learn and practice. Some of the benefits include reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, decreasing pain and lowering blood pressure. The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.

Yoga For All is exactly what it sounds like. It doesn't matter if you're just starting or a seasoned yogi, it doesn't matter what size you are, your age, this class is about coming as you are, and using what you have. We will be gentle, we will give options. What do you need? A mat, a wall, a couple of yoga blocks (available at any big box store or online), and a blanket. Have questions, concerns? Message me!

Join Laura Di Franco, expert holistic physical therapist and 14-time published author for a powerful healing journey. Laura has been using writing as a healing tool since she was a teenager. Now she uses her method, called Brave Healing, a combination of awareness and writing practice, to help you connect to your intuition, and empower you to live fiercely alive. Laura is a a poet, blogger, certified content marketer, third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and lead goddess of badassery for The Ultimate Guide to Self-Healing book series. She is also the publisher for The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care: 25 Tools for Stress Relief. Participants will be guided in body awareness and writing exercises and have a chance to participate in a sacred discussion about their insights and what it means to experience healing. No writing or journaling experience necessary.
Looking for a Reiki Buddy to practice with? If you're a reiki level 2 practitioner, or higher, you are welcome to join us. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I know how important it is to practice. I also realize that many don't use their distant reiki skills (for various reasons). Here's your chance to hone your skills - and to receive! This is more of a meeting than a class. You'll be matched with another practitioner. My thought is that we'll keep the same reiki buddy for 3 months. We may meet once a month here on Learn It Live to share thoughts or suggestions. Every three months we'll switch buddies. I'll walk you through, if you're unfamiliar, of how to program reiki treatments. The idea is that you'll send reiki once a month, but program it to work throughout the month. This way, you and your reiki buddy will receive reiki every week for 3 months; though you'll only be actually sending it once a month. I'll explain more at the start of the meeting. So, if you're looking to enhance your reiki skills, come join us! This class will not be recorded. Only those who attend Live will be placed with a Reiki Buddy.
