Body-Centered Meditation
Many guided meditations take you out of your body to experience places and states beyond the physical.
Body-centered meditation is a guided practice that uses the body as the ultimate destination.
Without the need for props or music and simply learning to tune in to the physical body and the present moment, this simple, guided practice will re-center and calm you. You will find that you have greater clarity and more productive energy.
Madelana's calming voice and simple guidance and instruction will help you to experience your own inner peace.
