BE the PEACE
Meet Madelana and learn about her approach to meditation in this 1-hour introductory session.
We'll cover some topics like:
* Benefits of meditating with an experienced teacher;
* Benefits of group meditation and personal practice;
* Effective use of an app for meditation;
* Some current science about meditation's effects
This program will allow for time to ask questions about meditation and guided relaxation, as well as about the LiL platform (if you are new to this community). And we'll do a guided practice so you have an experience.
This live event will be a great way to experience practicing with Madelana so that you can consider registering for her 6-Week Pilot Program on LiL called BE PEACE - Meditate.
You will leave this session informed about practicing meditation, comfortable with using some of the features of the LiL platform, having had an experience of guided practice helping you tap into your inner silence, and ready to embark on the 6-Week program to experience the benefits of committing to meditation over time.
Plus, like all my LiL programs, this will be recorded so that you can refer back to it, as needed, or watch at a later time.
