The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.

This class will focus on breath techniques, mild stretches and learning the Level I Supreme Science Healing Qigong Sequence. The Level I Supreme Science Healing Sequence is an excellent practice for those looking to obtain optimal health. This is a 10-Class Series, meeting 2 times a week. All sessions will be recorded. If you cannot attend the live, virtual classes you will be able to view the recordings. Qigong, pronounced "Chee - Gong" is an ancient Chinese practice that heals the body from the inside out. It strengthens the lung capacity and reduces anxiety and pain. Tai Chi is a practice that began in China about 900 years after Qigong. The benefits of Tai Chi include increasing flexibility and balance.
