Alternative Nostril & Ujjayi Breathing Techniques
Interactive class learning alternative nostril (Nadi shodhana) breathing techniques to enhance has a long history in Ayurvedic medicine and yoga, Benefiting the harmonization of the two hemispheres of the brain, resulting in a balanced in physical, mental and emotional well-being. Personal & lessons given to client + recent studies have confirmed the powerful effects of this practice.
1. Activates the parasympathetic nervous system and reduces blood pressure.
2. Enhances respiratory functions: increases respiratory strength and endurance.
3. Improves attention and fine-motor coordination/performance.
Plus we add the Breath of Fire (Ujjayi Breathing) and we will awaken the kundalini energies and ignite the fire within.
